A Mortgage Survey is a survey performed prior to the sale of a parcel of land that is being bought through a lending institution. These surveys depict the boundary of the property and any improvements located within said parcel and display any encroachments that may hinder the clear title of the property.
A Construction Package is put together for contractors with pricing broken down throughout the duration of the construction project. Typically these packages include a Boundary, Benchmark, Site Plan, Stakeout, Foundation with Elevation Certificate and a Final Survey with the Finished Construction Elevation Certificate.

A Boundary Survey defines the property lines of a particular parcel of land. Our boundary surveys depict the boundary of the property including monumentation at the corners and show any adjacent improvements near the perimeter of the property we are surveying. These surveys can range from a small lot within a platted subdivision to several hundred acres of rural land.
A Topographic Survey is a map of a parcel of land depicting the topography of the land showing the varying elevations of the property. Included in this survey are all major improvements on the property that may be utilized for design purposes.
An Elevation certificate is key part of the NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program). The certificate is utilized to obtain flood insurance. The elevation certificate can be proposed (based on building plans prior to construction), under-construction (when the foundation is poured) and finished construction (when the building is completed including site grades).
